Title (Max 100 Charaters)
A bunch of KOMO folks just got back from Seattle Pie Co. Kathi Goertzen tipped them off. This is what she had to say about the place:
"Opened by Patrick and Alyssa Lewis and their son Warren, Seattle Pie is a big hit. The plan was to sell 20 pies a day, but on some days 80-100 pies are being gobbled up. You can get a whole pie (mine was still hot) or a single slice. The Lewis’ use a 90 year old pie crust press they found in Oregon. Flavors vary from marionberry to strawberry-rhubarb.
The Pie Company also sells salads and sandwiches on homemade bread. With things going this well, Patrick says there are long-term plans to open 15 more stores around Seattle."
Seattle Pie Co. is in Magnolia Village at 3111 W. McGraw St. Patrick and Alyssa are pictured above. Also pictured: a slice of chocolate cream? In the unlikely event we're wrong, please do tell. At Fisher, we're pretty knowledgeable about our baked goods.
