Surveillance video captured a robbery in action at a gas station Sunday morning.
The video shows the thief breaking a window of the store on West Government Way and climbing through.
"It's upsetting," said gas station owner Georgette Nasif. "It's frustrating; it cost a lot of money."
The crook took cigarettes valued at $700.
"I mean, they're taking some cigarettes," Nasif said. "They broke in three windows a door. It's a very large expense, just to take some cigarettes for the fun of it."
Good thing the cash register was empty, but that didn't stop him from looking around for a safe under the counter. He came up empty.
Nasif said it's frustrating because it's the second time they've been robbed in less than two weeks. In that instance, two bandits broke in, found an undisclosed amount of cash and ran away. But they were a sloppy, dropping cigarette packs on the ground, and hurrying to pick them up.
Georgette plans on getting additional security, more cameras, and putting bars on the windows.
Tips on the robbery can be called in to Seattle police.

Seattle City Light is warning customers about con artist who've been posing as utility bill collectors and appear to be targeting customers with Asian surnames.
City Light customers have told the utility that someone who claimed to be a City Light employee told them they were ready to disconnect their electricity if they did not make a payment by credit card.
In the scam, the callers claimed there were problems with payment of the customers’ bill and asked for a credit card payment to resolve the matter. In some instances, the caller also asked for Social Security numbers. This is similar to incidents reported to City Light during the past several years.
City Light doesn't demand immediate payment to prevent disconnection, nor does the utility use social security numbers to identify customers.

A police officer passing by a business in the 1800 block of 15th Avenue West late Tuesday night foiled an apparent robbery in progress.
Just as an alarm activation for the location was being called out, the officer saw two people at the back door of a business.
When he went over to contact the men, a large crowbar fell out from under one man's coat. The officer took the men into custody.
One man tried to explain that he was carrying a crowbar for protection, but could not explain why the other man had a flashlight and a screwdriver. It was a mild night, but both men were wearing gloves.
The two men couldn't get their story straight, either. One said the men drove to the area while the other insisted they walked from to the area from North 105th Street and Greenwood Avenue North, a distance of slightly more than five miles.
Police contacted the owner of the business, who said he had not instructed anyone to pry open the back door.
